National consultant for the insetting procedure
- Development of the national procedure for the validation and registration of insetting initiatives, aligned with international standards (Article 6, SBTI-FLAG).
- Definition of eligibility criteria, development of operational tools and structuring of the institutional framework.

- Strategic and operational management of the Carbon Market Office (CMO), including the development and validation of the annual action plan, the evaluation of project eligibility for carbon mechanisms, and the support of public and private actors in project development.
- Contribution to the production of biennial transparency reports on the implementation of Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, as well as to the preparation of technical documents for the approval and authorization of carbon activities.
- Analysis and processing of expressions of interest within the framework of cooperations, administration of the national carbon registry, and ensuring strict adherence to current procedures by all stakeholders.
Program Manager (Coordinator)
- Steering a project for the rehabilitation of lands degraded by illegal gold mining, combining national mapping of affected sites (18 regions), agroforestry restoration, and support for mining communities.
- Mobilization of funding from international partners, conducting environmental and social studies (ESIA/ESMP) and development of reference technical tools, including a national rehabilitation guide, in support of public and private actors and sustainable development initiatives.
Independent Consultant, National Expert Climate Fi
2 Years 2 Months- Support for the implementation of the GCOM program, including conducting national missions, evaluating climate risks (especially for the municipality of Man), and developing integrated climate action plans (forestry, energy, waste).
- Performing environmental and social assessments, strengthening the capacity of local actors in climate finance and resource mobilization, and developing reforestation and agroforestry projects with identification of funding opportunities.
Carbon Expert Consultant
8 Months- Design and operationalization of the national carbon registry within the framework of the implementation of NDCs, including stakeholder consultation, analysis of the institutional framework, and improvement of procedures.
- Contribution to the adaptation of the UNDP platform to the Ivorian context, to its operational deployment through practical tests, and to the development of user tools.
- Capacity building of national actors on the operation of the register and support for its appropriation.
Technical Advisor Agriculture, Forestry and Climat
2 Years 2 Months- Implementation of projects in agriculture, forestry, and climate, including drone mapping training, promotion of agroforestry with the restoration of 170,000 trees, and support for the professionalization of cocoa cooperatives.
- Strengthening the technical capacities of public and private actors, deployment of remote sensing tools and conduct of training actions for actors in the mining sector on the socio-environmental rehabilitation of sites.
