- Ensure that adequate training and mentorship is implemented towards all national supervisors and leading hands.
- Ensure all employees have undergone the adequate initial safety training before commencing work, and that they are conversant with Regulations, Standards, Procedures, Policies & Objectives that are applicable to their tasks.
- Conduct audits, inspections, observations.
- Ensure that all near hits, accidents or non-conformities are reported and investigated accordingly.
- Enforce company policies and procedures and hold accountable HOD's and their departments.
- Actively oversee all fiscal dealings of ToMi, including all payment, tax, social security, insurance, and supplier and banking arrangements.
- Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
