The specific objectives are to: (i) assist project officers to perform an integrated financial and socio-economic analysis of their transactions, (ii) develop template financial models to be used as standard tools in the Bank, (iii) design and deliver training programs to strengthen Bank’s staff analytical capability and (iv) design an IT platform to manage financial models for transactions financed by the Bank.
  • In addition, I act as the Program Coordinator of the department to ensure that PISD Work program and commitments are delivered on time.

  • As Resource officer, I ensured that all administrative support systems operated as efficiently as possible, thus improving the overall productivity of the department. In particular, I: Led the annual budgeting exercise ensuring that the Departments work-plan and Medium-Term Strategy were appropriately supported by adequate budgetary provision. Ensured that the Departments Budget was appropriately monitored and that all reports were produced in a timely and efficient manner.   • During this period, I had also been designated, by the Management, as an officer in charge of Administrative and budgetary management for returning head office activity and employees from Tunis to Abidjan.
  • As an Adviser of the Director, I: Monitored the implementation of audit recommendations from internal and external auditors (dedicated Excel Model was developed for this purpose), Supervised the implementation of the return budget, Coordinated activities between DIRA and 7 other department of the Bank, Acted as OIC in the absence of the Director of the department.
