

Amourlaye is currently completing an Executive MBA in Leadership at Exeed College – Dubai. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Geology from ENSTP/INPHB Yamoussoukro and a degree in Geology. He spent 32 years working in the mining industry across the West African region. His expertise spans the full spectrum of the mining industry, including extensive project management, geology exploration, geotechnical engineering, health & safety, and public and government relations. He was involved in the discovery and development of world-class assets and was appointed as Operations Manager and subsequently as General Manager of Tongon Gold Mine (Barrick Group), where he led by unlocking value for the benefit of stakeholders. Amourlaye holds several professional executive education certificates from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and Wits University in Johannesburg, South Africa. As an Executive member, Amourlaye was one of the founding members of MACS, a mining and civil services company established in 2022 as a quality services provider, acting as a value-leader in the African mining and Civil industry (Including Organizations, Governments, communities, and individuals). He is one of the seven administrators of ORDIC Mining Group SA.
